• Copy of active International Driving License or active Indonesian Driving License for Indonesian citizenship
• Your hotel’s booking proof

Our minimum rental days is 3 days for Motorbike & 2 days for Car and no minimum day for Tours.

However, our minimum days are depending on the seasons, distance and type of vehicles you book and subject to change.

Yes, booking less than 2 or 3 days accepted with higher rates than normal rates.

50% from total amount is required for cancellation made in 48 hours on date of even.

Cancel in the same day of booking will be 100% charge of total amount.

Yes, sure it is possible depends on the availability of Motorbike and Car. Changing the dates is free of charge if the total rental of Motorbike, Car and Tour booking period stays the same.

Absolutely yes. An amazing discount offers for the long term rental, number of bookings made, returning customers and many more. Feel free to contact our Customer Relation on WhatsApp for more detail. This applied for Motorbike, Car and Tours.

Specific colour request is possible depend on the availability.  A wrapping to your favourite colour can be made for a motorbike only with condition : long term rental period and the wrap cost is going to a customer.

We suggest you to contact or Customer Relation on WhatsApp to help you for the certain colour requested, cost of wrapping and other questions that we happy to answers.

At Motorbike and Car booking, we required you to fill out the form in each of motorbike or car type and date you requested to rent.

For Tour, simply just fill out “Number of person” according to number of you on the provided column of booking form at each of tour package.

For Motorbike & Car self drive driving, we required each one of the rider’s documents. You may contact our Customer Relation on WhatsApp for detail, we are very happy to help.

Both Motorbike and Car rider required to have an active International Driving License for Motorbike and Car for tourist.

Both Motorbike and Car rider required to have an active Indonesian Driving License SIM C and SIM A for Motorbike and Car.

Our 80% fleet consist of as new vehicles for Motorbike and Car are never older than 24 months.

While older Motorbike & Car are available based on your budget and request.

Our vehicles : Motorbike and Car undergo strict maintenance routines and always ride like new.

Each Motorbike comes with one or two helmet, phone holder, phone charging port for the new fleet. Do not take this inclusion will not reduce the price, however we always offer discount to our customers based on the criteria of booking, see article “Can I get discount”.

Here is below official violations and fines for 2023 related to Bali Motorbike and Car Rental and hires :

1. Finest not wearing helmets (IDR 250.000 or up to 1 month prison)
2. Fines for not having an active driver’s license/International (IDR 1.000.000 or up to 4 month imprisonment)
3. Finest for missing c=vehicle registration (IDR 500.000 or up to 2 months imprisonment)
4. Fines for missing vehicle registration (IDR 500,000 or up to 2 months imprisonment)
5. Fines for missing vehicle license plates (IDR 500,000 or up to 2 months imprisonment)
6. Fines for violating traffic signs (IDR 500,000 or up to 2 months imprisonment)
7. Speeding ticket fines (IDR 500,000 or up to 2 months imprisonment)
8. Fines for not using turn signals (IDR 250,000 or up to 1 month imprisonment)
9. Fines for not using daytime running lights (IDR 100,000 or up to 15 days imprisonment)

1. The Customer is prohibited from carrying out actions aimed at transferring vehicle ownership to another party, such as selling, pawning, or other actions aimed at transferring vehicle ownership.
2. The Customer is prohibited from smoking and throwing away cigarette butts in the vehicle, chewing gum, spilling food and drinks and doing things that cause damage and an unpleasant odor inside the vehicle.
3. The Customer’s violation of Point 1 above or there are other irregularities regarding the use of the vehicle, are a criminal offense in accordance with Article 372 of the Criminal Code. Will be processed through criminal means and Owner has right to take back the vehicle.
4. The Customer’s violation of Point 2 above will be subject to compensation in accordance with the cost of the damage and difficulties caused by the damage.
5. If the Customer receives a ticket, either an electronic ticket or a manual ticket, then all costs incurred in administering the ticket will become the responsibility of the Custome Likewise, costs for other matters related to the authorities caused by the negligence of the Customer are entirely the responsibility of the Customer.
6. The return of the vehicle must be the same condition as given to Customer. If there is any damages, scratches, broken and losing part, broken glass, tire/flat tire which causes these parts to no longer be used, Customer is required to replace the vehicle spare parts with the new one and repair for the damage/s. During grace period of repair, Customer responsible to settle rental fee to the Owner.
7. Each motorbike comes with helmet, phone holder, phone charging port. Damage caused fail to use and lost them result cost as below :

Helmet              : IDR 200K/pc
Phone holder  : IDR 100K/pc
STNK                  : IDR 20K/pc
Key manual      : 100K/pc
Key Remote     : 1.500K/pc

8. In the event of lost the vehicle, the Customer must responsible to replace with the same specification and condition to the Owner with a grace of period maximum in 30 (thirty) days. During grace period of 30 (thirty) days, Customer responsible to settle rental fee to the Owner.
9. If there is a delay in returning vehicle, an overtime apply : Overtime maximum is 4 (four) hours and over 4 (four) hours will be charged as a full day rent.
10. Rental payment must be paid full in advance at the time Customer receive the vehicle. Payment can be made by cash or transfer to Indonesian Bank provided by Balina Rent.
11. The vehicle is ONLY allowed to use in BALI area, not allowed to bring out of BALI Island. If you violate this rule, you will be subject to fine of Rp 1.000.000/day for motorbike and Rp 3.000.000/day for car and the vehicle is right to taking back to Abyakta Trans Uluwatu with or without permission to the customer.
12. This mandatory to obey the Indonesian Traffic rules and Health Protocols while riding and driving, such as wearing helmet, safety belt, obey the traffic signs, wearing masks and using hand sanitizer.
13. The Customer bears the airport parking fee for parking at the airport during drop and picking up to and from Airport.
14. At the time of returning the car/motorbike, the gasoline of the car/ motorbike must not be less than the gasoline line at the time of initial handover, if when it is returned less will be subject to Rp 100.000/fuel line or bar.
15. Customer is obliged and willing to give the personal information required to confirm the booking : Photo passport, photo driving license, hotel booking confirmation, flight detail, social media account, active telephone/whatsapp number
16. Cancel, change schedule or shorten period of rent by Customer is non refundable.
17. For long term rent, Customer is responsible for monthly maintenance services and oil change.
18. Deposit will be refunded to the Customer upon the rental period ended.
